We want to share with us of the best downhill skiing, mountain lakes, where the biting is best, mountain hikes and sled dog tours.

We want to take you with on snowmobile trips where we often visit the Sami's traditional facilities, where we fish and are eating food from the wilderness. Or why not a helicopter ride in our own helicopter with or without skis?

We have traditionally worked for many years with all the seasons. The winter season is the strongest, but more and more people are discovering the green season and the season's enormous fascination.

Dating back to the early 1900s.

Birkl's is an old and established name in the ski and conference contexts. Already in 1936, he started the ski school in Bydalen. Edmund Birkl came with a wealth of experience and education from St. Anton and Hannes Schneider Austrian ski school. Among the students were labeled future greats in Swedish downhill as Sigge Bergman and Olle Rimfors. Edmund married a girl from Jämtland, started a family and stayed in Sweden and Bydalsfjällen. Contact with Austria and their ski traditions he never released, however. Many are the customers who over the years learned, with style and sophistication to slide down the slopes with Edmund.

2000s ski school

Today Hakan Birkl, son of Edmund are working at Bydalens Inn as responsible for events and the ski school. Skiing and ski school is still the mainstay of the business, but with great potential to tailor the needs and desires of our customers.
