FISHING AND BOATING
Half day fishing – runs from 2-4,5 hours and is booked either morning or afternoon.
Full day – around 8 hours and you book the hours that you prefer.
Half- and full day is our base in most of what we do. The tour can be close to the city centre or at any chosen spot in the archipelago that suites you and your program. The tour includes all needed fishing and safety equipment, hot and cold drinks, chocolate and Swedish buns. Group size 1-100 persons.
Corporate and Group Fishing - Stockholm is truly an amazing city. A fishing trip can easily be put into a conference to be held in town and you do not have to go far to find both Sea trout and pike. Along the Stockholm waterfront and beaches are many great fishing spots. Fishing is a great activity for team building as well as an excellent customer activity. Fishing can be an alternative to the traditional "kick off" or treat with your most important customers on a one-day outdoor experience or arrange a fishing competition, may well be a fun alternative to all golf competitions. The group may choose to end the day with a sauna and dinner at a cosy tavern. Dinners in the private environment, we can help to arrange. Fishing and nature in combination will be a nice opportunity for both inspiration and reflection with many adrenaline rushes. Enjoy a delicious lunch on board, maybe a barbecue dinner on a rock or beach.
After Work Fishing - Our most popular product. During the summer the days are long and bright. Best fishing is usually afternoon and evening. Work a nearly full day and then heading out into the archipelago with a few hours of fishing. Sauna and dinner will be a perfect rounding.
Transportation Fishing - combine your transportation to the conference center with fishing and turn the transportation into an activity. Both ways works.
Fishing Pause - A fishing trip can easily be included in a conference, why not transform the traditional coffee break “fika” into a fish break!
Fly-casting training - Catch & Relax offer your participants an inspiring and practical land based presentation of what fly-fishing can mean and how it is best exercised. Fishing method is described and what distinguishes it from the usual spin fishing. Why fly perceived as a more peaceful type of fishing and increasing the experience of nature. Participants will be led by us learn the basics of fly-fishing on land.
Float Rings-fishing (Belly Boat) - We have noticed that demand has been great on a shorter arrangement of around 2 hours of fishing and hope this can become a perfect break in the conference. There is no doubt that this type of activity both give adrenaline rushes while perhaps one of the most relaxing way to fish on, you can not get closer to nature and archipelago. The sites we will fish are carefully selected by us. There must be a place where the participants feel safe and comfortable, while their will be great opportunity to catch fish. We will not get out on great open water, but very close to the shore at the reeds, etc.
Most common method of fishing spinning, the same method that we use most often when we are out with the boat. If there is anyone who wants to try fly-fishing from float ring is obviously very good! We take groups of up to 12 people. The group consists of more than 6 persons, we have two guides to help and, with all the time in the group.
Ice Fishing - Probably the coolest winter activity. Winters with its blue and pink colours in the archipelago and the quietness is magical. Why not use a long winter to try ice fishing a enjoyable outdoor activity. We hope this to be a perfect break in the conference, or just a wonderful outdoor activities with clients or colleagues. This time of year we fish for pike, walleye and perch and the chance to catch a big fish is often greater in the winter on the ice than in other seasons. Ice fishing can then be combined with other ice activities such as ice sailing / ice yacht, skate sailing / kite wing, snowshoeing and skating. Bonfire with barbecue or a more advanced barbecue can also be arranged.
Boat charter - Just go boating - Many use Catch & Relax for guided boat tours into our inner archipelago. See Stockholm from the water, or a tour of all of our amazing islands around Stockholm. You choose where and for how long! Just go boating can also mean to take you from A to B in an excellent nice way.
Our larger boats are equipped with toilets on board.
Sauna tour - we'll pick you up at any location, after a lovely trip on the water to get to the welcoming warm sauna in the archipelago. Off course we can also fish our way to the sauna! Here you can enjoy the archipelago's serenity, calmness spreads and it is time for socializing. If you wish you can have a dinner served. Sauna raft is equipped with a nice lounge.
Time: from 4 hours, including two hours on the sauna.
COMBINED ACTIVITIES
High Altitude Path and Fishing - Challenge your limits with High Altitude Path and Fishing combined! Fishing is fun, close naturan, allowing time for relaxation and reflection and is a fine opportunity to forge invaluable links with colleagues or business relationships. High Altiture Path, on our adventure island in the middle of Stockholm Archipelago, on the other hand challenging and pushes your limits. You will learn a lot about yourself but also how the cooperation works in your group. Full day event.
The Case by the Sea - Team Event at sea which minimum two teams compete against each other. Participants faced physical challenges, tricky puzzles and challenging questions. Ability to collaborate, communicate, and act is crucial for the result. A hi-tec activity where you get your assignments in your mobile phone, or eReader. The issues become available, activated for you when you are in proximity. To solve the data you need to design a strategy within the team and inventory team abilities. Your own and the team's attitude will be crucial for their success. The content of the activity, we adapt to your requirements as a focus on collaboration or competition, or perhaps the company-specific areas. Usually it will be a mixture of these components.
Fish & RIB - combine two lovely activities on the water to enjoy the flora and fauna, the calm with a little verve and spirit. Half the group starts with fishing while the other group beat it out on the coast to see the seals. The interim converge groups for coffee or lunch, and then the groups change location. Cool and Beautiful!
Fishing Shooting Battle - combine land and sea. One group fishes while the other group goes for a Shooting battle, half time you switch activity. Fishing is a great and fun activity that really is team building. Getting to go out for a while on the ocean blue is very appreciated and stimulating. Shooting is both fun and exciting requiring its accuracy. The adrenaline gets a boost. Activity course consists of 5 different shooting Actions; Blowpipe, Archery, Air Rifle, Pistol and Slingshot. Refreshments are included and activity guided each team of our highly experienced instructors.
Fish in the sails - combine two wonderful outdoor activities, Sailing and Fishing. Sailing implemented by sailing company Out and fishing with Catch & Relax. Half the group starts with sailing and the other half with fishing. Sailing is done with comfortable Jeanneau 51 sailing boats with plenty of space for everyone. For coffee or lunch, we meet on the water in a suitable location in the archipelago. Either we anchor up all the boats together, or perhaps you prefer a nice tavern.
After the break, the groups change activity. During the arrangement, even organized some fun and exciting racing moments both individual and group basis. After this tour, we can also help to book a sauna, dinner and accommodation for those who wish. Suitable for groups is 12-100 people, minimum 4 hours.
Archipelago Triathlon - Perhaps the coolest day experience you've ever had. Experience and enjoy everything from fishing calm sailing challenge to speedy breathtaking journey with Rib Boat. Each day, tailored to your company's needs and purposes. Should it be just to have fun or to be team-formation where the groups will weld together further and cooperation may be made to a head. Suitable for groups from 30 persons and up.
Villa HelleBo - a unique private and homey archipelago Villa – Villa HelleBo is beautifully situated on the island of Hästholmen just north of Vaxholm. The Villa was built in 1904 and has been called the pearl of the archipelago and has a beautiful view over the Castle of Vaxholm. Today it is privately owned and welcome smaller company groups up to 12 persons, always with private chef. Somebody called this happening to eat at home at someone´s for, ”at home restaurant” and it is world wide getting more and more popular. A visit will guaranteed beat all earlier restaurant visits that you have done before.
WEEKEND PACKAGES
Family Fishing - Take your son or daughter and catch fish. Many parents have children who do not believe that there are fish in the water after countless attempts to catch a fish in the summer holidays. A lovely day with the family at sea will be an unforgettable experience and a mini vacation! Just a boat ride is an adventure in itself. What luck when the fish is hooked! Our larger boat suits younger children as a very safe and comfortable place to spend the day. You're supposed to all have a quiet stay on the water. Our recommendation is a half day tour.
Friend Fishing - Bring someone near and dear or a number of friends on an unforgettable day in the archipelago. Everyone needs to get away from the responsibilities and obligations and have a relaxing time.
Fly-fishing from a boat for pike and trout – (2-3 persons) A day without fishing is a wasted day, someone said. Fly-fishing is perhaps the most fabled fishing method of all. It is simply something magical about fly-fishing. To glide through the water, to feel close to nature and its power is quite amazing. Anyone can learn the basics, but to have a little patience is good.
"Drop In" Fishing
A different way to get out on a guided sport fishing trip. A different concept from Catch & Relax. Maybe you are two people or just you who want to follow on a guided sport fishing day. Last Sunday of the month we put out from Vaxholm with at least one boat, we get notified three, go! If there is something special you want to try, let us know.
